Simple, affordable rates for every length of stay. Short-term visits, weekly getaways, and monthly stays all welcome.
Rates — Full Hook-Up RV Sites
Electric included. 18 sites total — 5 riverfront, 1 pull-through.
Standard Sites (Sites 1–6, 12–18)

Electric is included in all rates. Final rates may vary by season and available promotions. Tent camping is also welcome on available RV sites.
What's Included in Your Stay
Park Rules
Our rules exist to keep Rivershire a safe, peaceful, and enjoyable environment for everyone.
No Permanent Residency
Rivershire does not allow permanent residency. We welcome short-term and long-term stays — but this is not a permanent address.
No Car Camping
Guests must be staying in a proper camping unit — RV, travel trailer, fifth wheel, camper van, or similar. Sleeping in a standard passenger vehicle is not permitted.
Speed Limit: 5 MPH
Park speed is 5 MPH at all times. Please advise your guests of this rule — violators will be asked to leave.
Pets Welcome (with courtesy)
Non-aggressive pets are welcome and must remain on a leash at all times. Aggressive pets are not allowed. Please pick up after your pet.
No Livestock
We love animals — but this is an RV park, not Green Acres. Chickens, goats, pigs, horses, and all other livestock are not permitted on the property.
Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 7 AM
Please respect your fellow campers. Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in is 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. There is no physical check-in office — just text (580) 716-0788 when you arrive and when you leave.
Trash Service
Trash is collected every Tuesday. Please use designated trash areas and do not leave trash at your site.
Bathhouse & Laundry
The bathhouse is available 24 hours. Coin-operated laundry is located in the shower house on the hill.
