What are your check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you're arriving late, please call or text ahead at (580) 716-0788 and we'll make arrangements for you.

What are your rates?

Our base rates start at $35/night for a daily stay, $210/week for a weekly stay, and $600/month for a monthly stay. Rates may vary by site and season. Book online via RoverPass or call us for current availability and pricing.

How do I make a reservation?

Are pets allowed?

Yes! Rivershire is a pet-friendly park. We welcome non-aggressive dogs on leashes. We simply ask that you always pick up after your pet to keep the park clean and enjoyable for everyone.

Do you have WiFi?

Yes! We offer free Starlink satellite WiFi throughout the entire park. This is high-speed internet — perfect for remote workers, streaming, and staying connected.

What hook-ups are available?

All of our sites offer full hook-ups including 30-amp and 50-amp electric service, water hookup, and sewer hookup. Trash service is provided every Tuesday.

Do you allow tent camping?

Yes! Tent campers are welcome. RV spots are available for tent campers as well, so you still get access to all the site amenities including electricity, water, and sewer.

What are the quiet hours?

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We ask all guests and their visitors to be mindful of noise during these hours out of respect for fellow campers.

Is there a speed limit in the park?

Yes — the park speed limit is 5 MPH at all times. Please make sure your guests are aware of this rule. Violators may be asked to leave for the safety of everyone in the park.

Do you allow long-term stays?

Absolutely. We welcome extended stays at our monthly rate of $600+/month. We do not allow permanent residency, but we're a great option for contract workers on multi-month assignments.

Yes! We have laundry facilities available 24 hours a day. Access is with a coded entry code provided at check-in.

Can I fish in the Salt Fork River?

Absolutely — fishing on the Salt Fork River is one of the highlights of staying at Rivershire! You can cast a line right from the park. Bring a canoe or kayak too — river access is available for guests.

Yes! As a veteran-owned business, we proudly offer a military discount. We also accept Passport America and Good Sam memberships. Please mention your membership or service at the time of booking.

We are located at 2280 US-177, Ponca City, OK 74601 — conveniently situated just off HWY 177, right between Ponca City and Stillwater. We're a short drive from Pawhuska, Fairfax, and the Osage County area.
