Meet the Owner
Jay Wagner is a Ponca City local and Army National Guard veteran who purchased the park in November 2023 and rebranded it as Rivershire RV Resort & Camping. He's an outdoorsman who wanted to create a place where guests could slow down, enjoy the river, and feel at ease during their stay.
